Shipping policy
Body Fuel Formulas offers a $9.95 flat rate shipping across Australia and express at an additional cost.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours, excluding public holidays and any Australia Post holidays. We ship all orders from our packaging facility in Melbourne, Victoria.
Please refer to the below table for an indication of potential delivery time - Standard Australian shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days, Express post takes approximately 1-2 business days following dispatch.

You will be provided with a unique tracking number upon receiving your shipping confirmation email, which will allow you to track your order following dispatch to arrival. If you are concerned about the delivery of your purchase, firstly use your unique tracking code and links provided via email to track your orders progress. If this isn’t presenting you with a clear picture, please give us a call and we will be able to follow that up for you.
Please note that as our delivery is provided by a third party, we are unable to be provided with any answers until the delivery is deemed 3 days late. For example, if you live in Sydney, 8 days need to have passed before we are able to receive an update regarding the position of your order. If your tracking number is not presenting you with a clear picture and your order is 3 or more days late, please contact us and we will promptly follow up your order for you.

If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your junk emails to ensure it is not hiding in there. If you’ve double checked and do not have the email, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will make sure that your order has been submitted successfully.

If your product has been damaged, please take a photo and send it through to our customer care team. We will assess the claim first then replace or swap the item and organize return shipping information to get the items back to us.
If you have changed your mind and want to return an unopened product get in touch with our customer service team to explain your return. Note only one return per month per customer. Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order - shippings costs will need to be personally covered. We will process your refund, provide a store credit or swap the product once we have received the item and email you with an update.

Body Fuel Formulas reserves the right to modify this privacy policy in whole or in part at any time without notice. All amendments will be issued effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy on our website.
Dependent on the nature of the amendment made, an announce may be made via email or on the homepage of our website. However, by continuing to use the website and our service following any change made to the policy, it will be deemed that you have agreed to such changes. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, as amendments are made, you must terminate your use of our website and inform us immediately prior to any further receipt of our services.
