Refund policy
Body Fuel Formulas is happy to replace any product that is faulty, damaged or doesn't meet specifications.
If you have received a product that is faulty, damaged or an incorrect item, please take a photo and send it through to our customer care team. We will endeavour to replace or swap the item and organise return shipping information to get the items back to us. Please note that any shipping costs will need to be covered.
If you have purchased the wrong product or would like to make an exchange, get in touch with our customer care team and provide an explanation for the situation and organise return shipping information. Any items will need to be sent back to us within 14 days of ordering and costs associated will need to be covered. We’ll then process to either provide you with a refund, store credit or swap the product once the item has been received.

Please note that although our aim is to create great-tasting and functional formulas, dissatisfaction of taste or functionality doesn't deem the product faulty and will not result in a refund, store credit or replacement product.

Body Fuel Formulas reserves the right to modify this privacy policy in whole or in part at any time without notice. All amendments will be issued effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy on our website.
Dependent on the nature of the amendment made, an announce may be made via email or on the homepage of our website. However, by continuing to use the website and our service following any change made to the policy, it will be deemed that you have agreed to such changes. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, as amendments are made, you must terminate your use of our website and inform us immediately prior to any further receipt of our services.
